How I handle the information you share with me, in plain language.

The short version
I keep your information private. I use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. I do not sell it, and I do not share it with anyone who does not need it to help me serve you.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, I receive what you type in:
- your name and business name
- your email address and phone number (if you add one)
- your website address and budget range
- your message
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To discuss and deliver the work we agree on.
- To send you messages about that work. I will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Who can see it
Only me, Sri Meenakshi at Lift Digital, plus the tools I need to run this website and reply to you: Netlify (which hosts this website and receives messages sent through the enquiry form) and my email provider. These tools handle the information on my behalf. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or analytics tracking at the moment. It loads its font from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads. If I add analytics or advertising tools in future, I will update this page first.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as I need it to reply and to work with you. After that I delete it. You can ask me to delete it earlier at any time.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it. Just email meena.work2018@gmail.com and I will act on it promptly.
Keeping it safe
I take reasonable care of your information: I use trusted tools and keep access limited to me. No website or service is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If I change how I handle information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
